Having been brought up with parents who have sold "Real Estate" for the last 20 years, it has always been a topic of interest for myself.  I have lived and breathed it (weather I wanted to hear it or not) for some time now.

I have been around the block a few times and tasted a few different careers, including flying a 50 passenger regional jet for U.S. Airways Express.  Well as fate would have it, my parents now own Hough & Guidice Talmage Trail Realty in Manorville, and I am currently the Associate Broker and Manager.   I love the fact that there are so many aspects to the business, which  includes Commercial, Residential, Rentals, Investing, Buyer-brokerage, or any other aspect in real estate.   There is always a challenge.

What I enjoy most about selling Real Estate is that I can actually change my customer’s lives!  There is not a more rewarding feeling than seeing the faces of a family in their new home.  Or perhaps, to “bump” into an old customer in the grocery store, see how their family has expanded and hearing how happy they are in their home.  To know that you helped your customers find their dream home, which made it possible for them to have a larger family, that leaves a warm spot in my heart. 

Always remember, the best way to thank someone who works in “sales,” is to refer them to your friends and family!  This allows the sales associate to know that they did right by you and that you appreciate their work.
